Annual General Meeting

This year, the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 12th December 2025 at 7:00PM at the Gidgegannup Showgrounds clubrooms (next door to canteen).
Apart from reporting on the clubs activities, membership and financial position for 2025, it is during the AGM that the following year’s committee positions are voted on. All committee positions for 2025 are declared vacant so this is a great opportunity to nominate yourself or have a say in who will be running the club next year.
Positions:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer + 8 Committee Members – Roles include assisting with Rally & Events Coordination, Shire Liaison, Newsletters, Uniforms, Canteen, Instructor Liaison, Equipment Purchasing, Social events...
GEA is seeking motivated members to instill some fresh blood into the running of YOUR club!

Can you commit to having FUN and sharing your creative ideas at meetings, held each month (generally Wed night after the Sunday rally)?

Can you bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table?

Can you assist as rally coordinator for at least one rally this year?

Can you enjoy the spirit of the club and attend some of the Rally days throughout the course of the year and assist at the occasional event/clinic in 2025?
If you said yes – We want you!!
The club cannot function without a dedicated committee so please support your club by attending and voting at the AGM. If you would like to find out more about what being a committee member entails, please email the club account and we'll get in contact with you.
Or if you just want to have your say on who you would like to be running your club next year, attached is the nomination form for committee positions or if you cannot make the AGM, a proxy form is also attached to nominate someone who will be attending to vote on your behalf.
If you have any items that you would like discussed at the AGM please email them through so they can be included in the agenda.
Nomination Forms need to be received via Email by 6.30pm Thursday 11th December 2025; or to the Secretary in Person no later than 6.30PM on the day.
