Entrance to the grounds is via Old Coach Road

A great opportunity to familiarise yourself and horse to the Gidgegannup Show Grounds
prior to our competition on the 6th June

ANWE membership is required
ANWE membership is also required for our Working Equitation competition on the 6th June

Two phases offered - Working Dressage and Ease of Handling
Riders can do 1 Dressage test & 1 Ease of Handling at the same level
Riders will be given a 15 minute time slot for each test which offers the opportunity to work on an element of the test based on feedback from the judge.

Ease of Handling: Sam Applin.

PHASES:
Two phases offered - Working Dressage and Ease of Handling.
Riders can do 1 Dressage test & 1 Ease of Handling at the same level.

Riders should familiarise themselves with the - ANWE Official Rule Book 2026.​

TIMES:
Ease of Handling course will be open for walking from 8:15am - 8:45am.

Start times:
Dressage 9am.
E.O.H 9:30am.

STABLES:
Stables are available on a first come basis.

Please contact the event coordinator if any problems arise on the day - eg, running late, horse won’t load, horse lame etc.

Canteen open for cakes, tea, coffee & cold drinks.

Gidge Bakery and two servos are located near by.
REFUND POLICY:
OPEN EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY If a participant cancels prior to the closing date, a refund will be issued. Prior to the closing date, cancellations can be made via your Global account. If a participant wishes to cancel after the closing date a 50% refund will be given upon presentation of a vet/doctor's certificate. The vet/doctor's certificate must be presented within 7 days of the event or it will not be accepted.
​Please leave stables and grounds neat & tidy.
​Please close the gates to the main arena as you enter or leave.
Please do not enter or exit the grounds with your float around the main arena while lessons are in progress (i.e. DO NOT use the Toodyay Rd gate).
