CLASSES
Start time 9:00am
We are offering:
AM: Flatwork, green horse/rider, groundwork, working equitation - dressage.
​
PM: poles, showjumping, working equitation - obstacles, desensitisation games.
​
Desensitisation games can be done mounted or unmounted. If your horse is nervous you may want to start unmounted (helmet required) with the option of riding once your horse is feeling a little more confident. Please let us know in the comments section if you intend to be mounted or unmounted.

Please contact the rally coordinators if any problems arise on the day - eg, running late, horse won’t load, horse lame etc.
FORMAT:
8:00am: Set up.
Please have horses settled and be on the arena ready to set up at 8.00am
9:00am - 12:30: Lessons
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm - 4:00 Lessons
4:15 pack up
Stay back for a debrief and nibbles
(Gold coin donation towards snacks. BYO drinks)

WELFARE:
Canteen open for cakes, tea, coffee & cold drinks (donations of cakes gratefully appreciated).

Lunch:
Chicken and salad $5
Please book on line if you would like lunch.

HELPER DUTIES:
All riders will be assigned a helper duty to fit around lesson times
​
STABLES:
Use of stables is free.
If you require a stable please book online.
Please use the stable you've been allocated. If for any reason you need to change stables please see one of the rally co-ordinators.
Please leave your stable clean and tidy.
EQUISSAGE UNIT:
We are offering members the use of the Equissage Unit at the rally.
A disclaimer MUST be signed prior to using the unit (pick up from canteen). Use of the Unit is on a ’first-in’ basis (16 time slots available).
Please add your name to the timetable at the canteen.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Helmets must be worn when lunging, taking part in groundwork, and whilst mounted. Gloves are recommended for lunging and groundwork.
If you need to lunge your horse prior to your lesson, please do so in small enclosed arena (if it is not being used for a lesson) or the round yard.
Please leave stables and grounds neat & tidy.

Please close the gates to the main arena as you enter or leave.
Please do not enter or exit the grounds with your float around the main arena while lessons are in progress (i.e. DO NOT use the Toodyay Rd gate).

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Rallies: If a member books into a rally and withdraws prior to the closing date a refund will be given. Prior to the closing date cancellations (or booking changes) can be made by the member through their Global account. If a member books into a rally and withdraws after the closing date, a refund will be given only if a vet or doctor’s certificate can be presented. The certificate must be presented within 7 days of the rally or it will not be accepted. Bank details for the refund also need to be emailed to the club with the certificate. If withdrawing on the days prior to the rally or on the morning of the rally please contact one of the Coordinators (please refrain from emailing or posting on Facebook as it is unlikely to be read after hours leading up to the rally). Cancelled Bookings: Any monies owed will be credited to the member’s account via Global, this will occur only after all rally entries have closed and been finalised. Money will not be held over to transfer to another event.
