Last rally of the year
As a way of thanking you for your support during the year we are offering all riders a free lunch and one free lesson.
If you book for one lesson only there is nothing to pay, if you book for 2 lesson you only pay for one.
(see extra charges on the booking form)
If you are a full member and have booked for 2 lessons you need to check both - Full Membership Second lesson and the date box

We are offering:
AM: Flatwork with Nat and Dwight, Working Equitation - dressage with Maggie, Ground work and Green Horse/Rider with Dave
PM: Showjumping with Nat, Poles with Dwight, & Working Equitation- obstacles with Maggie.

Please contact the rally coordinators if any problems arise on the day - eg, running late, horse won’t load, horse lame etc.
FORMAT:
8.00am: Set up.
Please have horses settled and be ready
to set up at 8.00am
9.00am - 12.00 noon: Lessons.
12.30pm - Pack up arenas, set up showjumps & poles.
12.00 - 1.00pm: Lunch.
1.00pm - 4.00pm: Lessons.
4.15pm: Pack up equipment.
Stay back for a debrief.
(Gold coin donation towards snacks. BYO drinks)
WELFARE:
Canteen open for cakes, tea, coffee & cold drinks (donations of cakes gratefully appreciated).
Lunch:
Free BBQ and salad.
HELPER DUTIES:
All riders will be assigned a helper duty to fit around lesson times.
EQUISSAGE UNIT:
We are offering members the use of the Equissage Unit at the rally. A disclaimer MUST be signed prior to using the unit (pick up from canteen). Use of the Unit is on a ’first-in’ basis (16 time slots available).Please add your name to the timetable at the canteen.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Helmets must be worn when lunging, taking part in groundwork, and whilst mounted. Gloves are recommended for lunging and groundwork.
If you need to lunge your horse prior to your lesson, please do so in small enclosed arena (if it is not being used for a lesson) or the round yard.
Please leave stables and grounds neat & tidy.
Please close the gates to the main arena as you enter or leave.
Please do not enter or exit the grounds with your float around the main arena while lessons are in progress (i.e. DO NOT use the Toodyay Rd gate).

REFUND POLICY
Rallies: If a member books into a rally and withdraws prior to closing date, a refund will be given. If a member books into a rally and withdraws after the closing date, a refund will be given only if a vet or doctor’s certificate can be presented. If withdrawing from the rally after the closing date due to COVID, we require a government acknowledgment of a positive test to enable a refund. Required isolation period must overlap rally date. If withdrawing on the Friday/Saturday prior to the rally or on the morning of the rally please contact one of the Coordinators (please refrain from emailing or posting on Facebook as it is unlikely to be read after hours leading up to the rally). Cancelled Bookings: Monies owing from cancelled rallies will be credited to the member’s account. Money will not be held over to transfer to another event/rally. Refunds: Refunds will only be available for 7 days after the rally date so all paperwork needs to be emailed to us to enable this to happen.
